You don't need the optional goals to obtain all the event rewards. The optional goals are for consumable rewards like happy potions and such.

Yes I know and that's good 👍🏼
But to make these optional goals that require sertain packs feels like they want people to buy these packs so that they don't feel like they miss out something (even if it is consumable reward or just being able to take the quest) if they don't. And putting the purchase info/button to the Quest Panel is so "convenient" that it makes me feel these optional goals are only for that: to get people to buy using FOMO. But it's only my feeling and opinion, everyone is free to disagree 😁
