I might be missing something but I traveled to Foundry Cove and there are no rocks to dig up. I even entered Sylvan Glade and no rocks there either. I don't know if I can proceed without finding one?

Also you could just wait a sim day and they’ll probably spawn then. When the task first popped up for me there were no rocks, but the next morning I found about three. (I’ve spend quite a bit of time in Foundry Cove lately anyway, working on collections, so I’ve got to know the spawning sites quite well 🙂).
