thank you to all! I figured out I WAS trying to build the wooden toilet, not the outhouse. So now.... outhouse built but where the hec do I find it?? Not in the builders' inventory...??? Help again, please.

If you click on the household inventory button which is on the bottom lefthand side in build mode, the wooden throne outhouse should be thereGrammyto4​
