Oh, yeah did complete this 😁 Totally forgot to share though
I think first I had Duane visit Chestnut Ridge,
I had redecorated Duke's Hall into home for Sienna and Flapjack
so Duane got to meet them too
It was nice that this worked for the tasks even though the lot was residential, not a park :)
Flapjack was quite running loose though 😂 just chilling in the lobby too
I attempted going for a ride despite the tasks not specifying...
(that is one way to get on a horse I suppose)
but when he finally got on Flapjack... another disaster struck 😅
Should have seen that coming when I added grill there 😅
lucky it was lifesaver Duane who was visiting the lot!
although he was quite late given he was on a horse
and also I suppose he was rather more geared towards rescuing people from water, not from fire.
Sienna was not greatly impressed by how long it took him to put her out
but Duane felt confident after doing some lifesaving
Who should we rescue next hmmn?
Well, the fire kind of glitched out my quest so answer is no one 😅
had to exit and redo the actual tasks that had gone undone,
it was okay though, no great harm done.
I also kinda did all the cave things in advance last week (oops) so I didn't spend much time with that take picture in cave thing
kinda wish it was more streamlined with the cave stuff so I wouldn't have had to do it twice but thats my bad anyway 😅
and I told Makoa and Lilliana all about Duanes adventures so that task was rather simple too
then I realized Duane actually didn't have skill yet to build the outhouse so I had him work on that for a bit
(meanwhile rest of the household was just chillin... all too hot to think in Sulani)
and eventually Duane managed to create that long awaited outhouse for the household
(yes, still dark indoors, think I need to pick up candle making next or something)
but here we have it, the magical outhouse! no more stinky bush!
I was pleasantly surprised by the interior not being a black hole, very nice.
although I wish they had given us that toilet part separately too, would be rather useful for building more types of outhouses 🤔
hmm... maybe there is a way to make that with something in build mode... have to try it out at least 😁
as for trying out this one Lilliana and Makoa had a blast.
it was apparently rather fun given the toilet was not stinky, yet.
as for the following plantsim tasks I thought that was kind of random tbh 😅
felt like bit of a afterthought, but I went to Henford for that because I didn't really want to do it with Kealohas
Oberon did scare me emerging from Thomas Watsons backyard though,
constant fairy visitors here...suppose Innisgreen is close proximity and all.
I moved Thomas and Imran to the Isle of Volpe Park lot couple years ago,
during my Henford Gossip story where (spoiler spoiler 😅)
Thomas got divorced due to his big plant affections...and few other things too I suppose.
Thought that mayhaps some plantsim life might suit him better.
the actual tasks I think were just to do with getting that stump and talking about plantsims 😅
but during that I realized Michael Bell had been kicked out of his role by impostor so I fixed that via Killer Rabbit too I suppose
Michael did scare me at first showing up half dressed though,
thought he lost his outfit entirely being reassigned but he was just going for a swim 😅
but anyway after some Henford fixes I had Thomas visit Innisgreen,
he had heard there were really oversized mushrooms there
so obviously he had to go and see if rumors are true
the weather was not cooperating with Thomas so it was rather soggy visit...
and those mushrooms seemed more medium sized...
but while looking for his oversized mushrooms Thomas did accidentally summon Spruce
Well, that was oversized crop if Thomas had ever seen one!
Spruce was not amused by his plant jokes
nor about being summoned during a thunderstorm.
but he supposed that maybe turning Thomas into plantsim himself would help with the quality of his jokes
and thus, Thomas Watson is now a crop himself.
...speaking of those mushrooms... these were definitely not it either...
seems like he must continue looking for those another day.
