I ALWAYS create a new The Sims 4 folder for whatever patch/pack that comes out and test it that way, then I read the broken CC/Mods thread and start updating those that I feel are essential (I have wayyyy too many).
But, I've found that just a newly generated TS4 folder helps hold issues at bay most of the time. (And, of course I don't put my Mods folder, tray folder or saves back into the game until I know it's safe).
Sage advice. I created a brand new game folder, but the starlight accolades time hasn't changed from the way it was before. :open_mouth: I did add my saves, and tray folder, just attempting to get my couple to the altar! Now, I can't get the music to stop playing. When that happens, it's usually fixed by exiting the game and then going back in. Not so, this time. I'm really feeling distressed over this. The only thing I can think of to do at this moment, it to create another new game folder, and put my Sims from My Library into the save and go from there. I'm seriously thinking my saves folder is corrupted. This is
not how I wished to go into this patch and new EP. But, it just may be the hand I'm dealt. Sheesh. At least if I do a partial restart, I could see if the time on the Starlight Accolade Show returns to normal. :open_mouth:
Thank God I have the original game folder on my Flash Drive!
