need help with lights

The thing I always fall back on, is doing a game repair. Is this a new problem? Since the Patch? You might wish to seek help from Answers HQ

Do you have auto lights on in the dark rooms?

Nope. I have Auto lights on and the rooms are still dark.

Unless my brain fog from being sick is making me see things differently, it doesn't look like a lights issue to me. The blue hue on the rooms to the right when you pan the camera, look like the room does when it's missing an outer wall piece.

There’s a wall missing that looks to be missing in the room upstairs where the staircase leads into. If the room is fully closed either by walls or ceiling lights won’t work automatically
