I would set the first one as gym because that way you get gym instructor and sims are obviously more interested in doing workout activities
spa items i think spawns the massagers automatically even without the lot type
idk if park has something though cause i dont tend to have lots of parks but i feel sims would gather sitting at random tables or grilling or playing chess or something like that
and for food stalls not completely sure either perhaps playtest it
though i do warn if you have meditation or yoga outside and temperature effects on from seasons and its winter there is gonna be lots of death
