Need input on a couple of "multi-purpose" builds

Yikes. Actually, all of it is outdoors so the gym equipment use would cause death too as would the pool probably.
Built it on the 50X40 lot in Newcrest. Will see about screen capping it before I upload it. (It is not bad looking, imo!) Might put a comment in the description "not recommended for use in Winter".

Have deleted the food stall in lieu of more grills at this point.

Going to play test it as a Park and National Park and see what happens.
