Need input on a couple of "multi-purpose" builds

I usually upload based on the "main" feature like I have a library buried somewhere on the gallery that is just that but has a cafe in it. We have had a lot of additions so maybe one day itll be a feature but for now just keep it simple a bar with a sleeping area could be a cheap motel. A restaurant with a bar is different I've seen a bartender show up even though its still a restaurant. Everything else you just have to pretend a bit.
