I have a lab for you!! I rebuilt the lot because it was too dark and awkwardly built. It has a lot from the strangerville and discover university packs (including the mother plant in the sub basement). Its been playtested. I am #sarabeth6701d on the Gallery
There are a lot of awesome science lab builds out there. You might want to set your search setting under "Generic lots."

Its a little bland outside. I am a lab tech and have always worked in a lab, believe me, this fairly typical of most laboratory buildings (unfortunately)
