Need to know which files to back up

Due to a Microsoft visual c++  error not letting me download the anniversary sims 1 and 2 (got refund), and other packs for sims 4, I am going to do a factory setting reset on my computer this weekend.  I don't want to have to have my only laptop at the computer guy for 3 days at least, nor do I want to buy a new one as this one is not even 2 years old.  I did the uninstalling of the visual files, but got the error not allowing me to reinstall the files, so had to restore.  Anyhow, I did back up my tray file, and save file.  I do not have many videos or screenshots so not worried about those.  Is there any other files I need to make sure to back up?
