Needs TLC in Evergreen Harbour?
Can we place a Needs TLC lot trait? I would like to perhaps make one of the Stonestreet Apartments Needs TLC. Potentially open to a current, tested mod.

I'm getting an impression that Needs TLC trait actually does nothing by itself. The work is done by electrical boxes, pipes, mouse holes, roach markers, and sludge markers. Bheeda apartment doesn't have this trait, but it does have that electrical box that causes power outages from time to time.
Ok, maybe Bheeda's electrical box does break less than in Needs TLC apartments, but at the same time, I have so many other problems that I really haven't paid attention to it.
Right now, you can place those mouse holes anywhere with Cats and Dogs expansion pack. It would be great if we could also place those pipes and electrical boxes...
