Negative emotions NERFED, emotion system needs rework ASAP

Ever since the last patch, the emotions have definitely been more balanced, and traits have a stronger "push", too. I do not have any emotion-related mods so my guess is that this upsurge in negative emotions and trait-based behaviours had to have been tweaked in the Nov 13th patch.
