I've been making myself give every sim a negative trait when they age to either teen or YA for a while now. I haven't yet used evil, squeamish, klepto, lazy or non-commital, but I have plans for three of those. I haven't decided who to make squeamish yet and I'm resisting klepto.
Of the ones I have used, only jealous really irritates me. The others have their pros and cons.
