Le_Slacker I simply click on the broken object and select replace. Does that not work for you?
It did it to me again, maybe its because i am in the appartement building in San Myshuno, i thought i could do the "replace" option there before... But its been awhile since i "lived" there... And i havent tried it on a regular res lot... so i'll let you know when that happens.
But i can confirm, the fridge, then the next day (like last nite b4 i went to bed irl) the dishwasher AND the shower broke and i had to delete, and buy back. "Replace" option was absent. Only repair or call repair.
