New freelancer careers, new content

I'm currently not at home, but making plans for a new household, so could someone quickly check and tell me if the freelancer careers are available to teenagers? And if not, can something be done about that? Since there are no fixed working hours that could interfere with education, and those career options are all things teenagers are able to do both in real life and in the game, it should be possible.
