The bubbletea NPC was a bug ! Geez Louise i already took out 4 thrift stores because of that they didnt work no more i thought it was because of the mod i use ... Anyways i guess i can start playing again ! Ive actually not been playing for a week now . 

These reports by simgirl1010 are a life line for simmers ! I cannot thank you enough for all you do all the time ...
