I've found another great mod (for my playstyle): Landfill lot trait can only be used at community lots, and not all, like restaurants can't use it... This mod unlocks the landfill lot trait for all places.
I've used it in my sim's home and people go there leave old broken appliances. Slowly it starts looking like a junkyard.
