I would like to see a medieval style gameplay but it is hard to play without mods. Just ideas.
Are you talking about the balconies in city living apartments or Eco living? Eco living apartments never had the balconies useful, though I wish they were.
Which is why they want them fixed. They were useable before release of the pack, but because they didn’t change along with the apartment building the ability to use them was removed
