I think that would be cool to add cologne scents but, they do get a bad moodlet when their hygiene goes down. I’m assuming sims react to the incense in Spa Day ( I don’t use them as they cause fires). And I believe they also reactions with baths that are scented. Also, aren’t they supposed to react to sims that pass gas? Moodlets are usually the way they react.
Yes, they do have smell. It's very noticeable if you get the Bust the Dust kit, as they stop to smell the fresh air all the time. :lol: You can also add flowers to the laundry basin to scent the water.
