That is plumming brilliant! Do you need to have an empty lot for every size? And what about the different colors of grass / sand on different lots? Do they copy over or are they like the original? You are actually giving me ideas, I might even use some kind of 'trademark' lot to show everything I've already covered that is empty yet not just grass.... Thanks a million!!
BTW, Are you also Dutch or is the last part of your forum name a coincidence?
I just used a 20x15 and it worked even on 64x64. If there's no terrain paint saved then the grass/sand will be normal as if you were to bulldoze it.
