What do you make of the tweet referencing a "new sims experience" being announced in June at EA Play in Hollywood?

Seasons would definitely be new to the Sims 4. I don't know if it's next.
Cars would be new to the Sims 4. Farming would be new to the Sims 4.
Any of these might be the next experience. Or it could be anything -- these are just examples.
I really don't understand the new and next difference here.
