Why exactly is there a need to tease free content? Toddlers weren't teased, mostly because they wanted to surprise us, but my point still stands.

So apparently it isn't a tease to a new NPC. He has shot that down already.

I'm still so lost on what he is doing.

I don't find grunge interesting I would like a Vacation so the Sims can go in the ocean do boating, and snorkeling like in Sims 3. If they surf please let it be in the actual ocean and not some dumb machine.
