Some people hope it'll be free. Gotta hope a little. Hey, if it wasn't in the Quarterly teaser it might be this Quarter's attempt to make us like EA for another month.
Maybe this Teaser is just something silly to grab attention. You never know; even if the Pet clothes can only be used by C&D holders, the actual stuff could be really good. There might be a lot less of an addition to CAP than we think.
Heck, if it's free, maybe it's just the dancing hamster for the base game, and some new pet clothes patched in - it's not like collars are exactly time-consuming.
