New Teaser is out but it's a gif

I hope it's not too focused on the "green energy owo" side of things. I'd much rather have it focus on the farming aspect, maybe include a farmer's market where you can sell your goods. Lots of animals hopefully, horse stables, chicken coop, etc. I think it would be a nice change from the monotony of regular gameplay.

Everyone has been telling me that the roadmap is EP>SP>GP so I’m guessing this is an EP but we’ll find out tomorrow.

The addition of cars could be added with gas guzzlers to eco friendly hybrids and electric cars ( Sims 2 style where you can drive off the driveway and park and watch Sims come home from work in them).

Just from the picture I either get quite modern mountain town or resort town vibes. I don't necessarily picture farm animals, but maybe the nectar collecting and/open market with seasonal festivals; but we will see. I'm excited for everyone regardless of what the pack is. Expansions are my favorite!

I didn't even consider the possibility of a resort or mountain town, but I'm loving the idea!

I've seen in another thread that it'll be called Eco Lifestyle. So apparently it's just about ecology, not farming :( "Fellow collaborative makers" ?

I wonder if it’s an EP or GP then? I didn’t think an eco living theme would be enough to make up an entire expansion, wasn’t it originally a Stuff pack concept?

It's an EP.

I’m very disappointed about it but I need more info before I fully say that. If it’s as tragic as I’m thinking, this may be the first pack I skip out on buying. I hope I’m proved wrong by what they show tomorrow.

The fact that they put out several community surveys and are still so out-of-touch with their fanbase just baffles me.

Ecology is important, but a whole EP ? Sounds like Island Living 2.0. They know people want cars, horses, farming, schools, etc so why do they not make it ? Let's see the trailer though, it might be more appealing then.

Me too. I’m trying to be open-minded, but this might be the first pack I leave out.

Honestly if this is what was meant by unexpected then I’m a little worried about what future packs they have in store for us. Like you said, they’re aware of what people are asking for through their surveys, I’m surprised they’re ignoring them.
