This is probably just something that they put out as an "emergency pack" to silence all the unhappy Vampire fans(now that they nerfed the vampires) since this wasn't on quarterly teaser.
Pretty smart move from TS4 team.

I can't even tell if I'm being sarcastic or not. :trollface:
