New trait, or possibly new "fear" emotion??

What are your thoughts on the two reactions the sims had to the dancing skeleton? One was scared, and the other was laughing.

I would LOVE it if this hinted to either a new trait or emotion. My thoughts are that a new emotion is too much. I'm more inclined to think a new trait may be coming. One about being scared! Although my wish is a new fear emotion, with the possibility of being scared to death as a new way for a sim to die. It would make running into Grimmy more.. interesting to say the least >:)

Buuuuuut I would be overjoyed to have a new trait regarding being scared!

What are your thoughts? Would you want a new trait? New emotion?

If we got a new "scared easily" trait or something along those lines, what would you want to see in it?

    I've been wanting the afraid emotion and scared to death for a while but I'm not getting my hopes up

    Maybe a coward trait and a brave trait. Sims with the coward trait would react with fear, and sims with the brace trait would get confident maybe.

    Hopefully its not just false advertising and our Sims can at least show fear now.

    Oh yeah, that works so well! I'd be thrilled with that! The "coward" sims in S3 fainting made me laugh every time haha.

    Just went back and watched it again.. it's gotta be new! The animation I thought it might be is more annoyed than terrified. The teaser makes him look terrified. Yeeeesssss >:)

    I would love it if we FINALLY got the Scared emotion. All those Sims getting tense when they see bears or vampires is kind of weird.
    Squeamish Sims could finally be SCARED and not tense. It would make the Sims way more believable

    Yeah! I agree! The tense emotion doesn't fit the situation sometimes. A fear emotion would do much better in some cases. I reeeeally hope this is true!

    Funny.. but looking at other threads I see people are starting to comment on wanting this trait/emotion. This makes my heart happy!

    I really hope there's a Fear emotion.
    A Brave trait would make sense as a counter-balance: Sims could react to fear of things like vampires, ghosts, aliens, Mayan skeletons... unless they're Brave, in which case they whoop and cheer.

    Tbh I doubt it'll come with this pack (or at least, I don't see it being solely tied to this pack, and will probably be released in an update so everyone has access to the fear emotion, at least) but I definitely would welcome it!!! We need fear emotion badly.
