I am not happy about burglars return. First thing that happens it stole my rocket outside. When i got it returned when police got the thief it was disassembled. I spent alot of time and upgrade materials on that rocket. That supposed to be fun. Its not. I cant protect the things outside with a alarm.

Can put it in a fenced area that can only be reached through the house, or maybe through a small building that has a security panel inside. I mean, you did just leave a rocket outside in your backyard.

LOL :) That's funny. And it will be easy for the police to collect "toe prints" in case they find no finger prints :)

How often do the burglar come?

I hesitate to update my game, as I expect there to be burglars way too often. I play on rotation and am not so eager to have to deal with the burglar every time I check on a new house. I like that the burglar is back, but hopefully it's not too active?

I’ve played 2 different households, about 4-6 hrs each since the patch and haven’t yet gotten it. I don’t think it’s often though since they included a lot trait or challenge to make it happen more often. 
There is an option to turn them off if you don’t want them at all

Unless there is a bug where turning off robbers doesn't work... You do have the option to go turn burglars off.
