New Vampires Cheats

I'm having issues. I used mcccomandcenter to make my sim a vampire bc I randomized her and she was human. that worked fine. And I was able to give her max power points to buy things. But the cheat for increasing vampire rank won't work, even though I got the "simname ID" thing to work, finally. I can't increase anything. and can't take weaknesses either. But she currently has all the first tier powers. And the rest of the vamps in the household, her twin children and her twin sister, won't increase rank either. And they all have maxed vamp lore too. I can't figure it out.
