I’m intrigued to see what thunder snow is. I’d never heard of it before until about 2 years ago as we had a bit of it near where I live although I never saw it and never had it again. It was considered ‘unusual weather’ so it was in the news at the time.

I have seen thundersnow a few times in RL. The worst one that I have lived through took place back in the late 70's. When we get thundersnow in RL, snow fall rate is usually something like 2'' per hour. Now what the snow fall rate is for the thundersnow in the game, I don't know. In the game the snowfall rate for thundersnow needs to be pretty heavy. If they want to keep the weather phenomenon as close to RL as possible. As far as being stuck by lightning during a thundersnow in RL. I don't know, I guess it's possible. But I've never heard of anyone being stuck by lightning during a thundersnow in RL.

The more i read about SE the more excited i get.

I can imagine thundersnow will kill sims by a lightning strike,cause them to fall to their deaths off a cliff cause of the heavy snow or cause them to freeze to death.
