I think there may be four neighborhoods in this world: residential hoods Mirage Park and The Pinnacles and commercial hood Starlight Boulevard (all seen in the trailer/screenshots).
Then I think there will be a separate 64x64 movie studio lot which is standalone like the parks in earlier worlds. We've probably seen the inside during the acting/filming segments, but not sure we've seen the outside yet.
