It’s possible but there’s a fence connected onto 3 lots in the red circled area. And it looks like it’d be off the grid to removed. It looks detailed though, that’s for sure. The ones on the sides possibly look like the actual homes. Honestly this is kinda fun trying to figure out which is the lots that are residential and which aren’t.
