Absolutely not what I expected. First of all there's only 11 lots (not even one lot next to the water) and then it doesn't give me the glamour or city vibe I was expecting.
There are a bunch of skyscrapers right at the bottom but I was expecting much more of them for a Hollywood-like world. And the transition of the grassy area to the sandy area looks cheap to me, like someone just used the Blur tool in Photoshop.
