I usually place a lot of Sims 1 and Sims 2 houses in Newcrest and maybe some of those legacy families. Recently a Sims youtuber built out Newcrest with her own content and I downloaded it. It's pretty nice and added about 7 or 8 families to my game. The townies that spawned during her build were horrendous though so I had a pretty good trip through the manage households section to delete a lot of those townies that looked so bizarre.
