My Newcrest is a Tiny Living eco community. I've mostly used the Maxis tiny home lots and then some others I've found in the Gallery (I'm a terrible builder). Ridgeline Drive and Bridgeview areas are filled with tine residential lots. Llama lagoon has 3 larger modern mansion and two commercial lots. One commercial lot is a karaoke bar with a food court filled with food trucks outside, and the other is a national park that I'm using as a cemetery lot. I wish we would get another empty world to do with as we like.
I solved the problem of not having another empty world. I deleted all the buildings in Willow Creek and Oasis Springs and replaced them with what I want there. Each themed around a different type of house.
