'Newt' in Trailer. Playable?

Not every minor character gets into the gallery. I'm still waiting for the two missing Renegades and those had more public exposure than, for example, the physicians from Malpractice. (Although I think if they ever officially release the rest of the gang, I won't even aceept the Maxis versions, because I'm so used to playing with their fanmade recreations, lol.)

But Newt here? No way they won't add him! I expect him to be a townie, though, not a gallery dlc.
