You might have a point in us getting lighter packs, but I'm pretty sure there is a separate ts5 team that is not the same persons working on ts4. The best resources might be focusing on the future, though.
That said, I'm pretty sure the ts4 team confirmed they were working on horses years ago. Maybe we got cows instead. Or perhaps the horses are done long ago, but just waiting for the better pack to get introduced with?
