But there's the next Inside Maxis sheduled for Tuesday, 26th of October.
I thought they might have choosen to not offer an EP before X-Mas so that people might put some Kits or Packs they don't own yet on their wish lists. Another possible reason is that we're sitting in for a big game update like freed babies.
