Personally I'm okay with anything they decide to do. As long as ts4 keeps going that is ?
Refreshes are nice. Updated basegame stuff is great for people who wanted them to slow down and work on the current content.
I'm always up for new packs! Which I'm sure haven't stopped all together. Just slowed down or work on other things and/or because of the pandemic situation.
As much as there are so many things I still can't wait to see in ts4 I'm pretty happy playing with all the current content too. So I can wait patiently ?
I do kind of wish simmers hadn't push them to worry about (what I think are) silly things like lore and premade sims skintones. But that's just me. I know others might want it so I'm okay with that too.
And I believe them. I don't think kits has effected production of other things. Does it really take a whole team to make a CAS kit? I doubt it. Which means a lot of the team are still working on other things. Like the animators can't be just sitting home looking at the wall?
The kits just keep the community engaged and give us extra optional content too. They don't have any reason to lie about it. They would just not comment on it at all.
