It IS 100% true and confirmed by SimGuruFrost on Twitter. Also 1st update being "Scenarios" and them being very secretive yesterday's livestream about the prospect of more pack updates (we’re going to just keep it a secret so you will have to wait and see if we have any other game refreshes in the future) just indicates that the chances of getting any new content simmers are actually interested are rapidly decreasing.
I personally like the fact were not getting anymore packs this year, given us a little break from DLC, hope those 2 updates are big, with lots of bug fixes fingers crossed ?
