Urban Living/Rush Hour EP with new cars, buses (including school buses) trucks, taxis, skateboards, motorcycles, formula racing, being able to build and customize your own cars, and a new city world, with the basic car coming to the base game as a pre-EP update
Ocean Lifestyle EP with houseboats, playable scuba diving, underwater lots, more boat types (4-5 Sims in one boat please! Really sad how that wasn't part of Island Living) , new animals like the octopus and more fish
Grim Reaper/Zombies/Graveyard GP with active Grim Reaper career and a general Grim Reaper occult type + zombies + ghosts overhaul update
Fairies GP (also unicorns here unless they are coming with Horse Ranch)
Real Estate/Landlord GP or EP (Sims can become entrepreneurs with the ability to buy houses and sell them for profit + the return of being able to own community lots) with a pre-EP update with the ability to own more than 1 house/lot
A game pack with an Egypt-inspired world, mummy life stage, more adventures similar to Jungle Adventure and World Adventures from Sims 3
Bands and Solo (+ independent) Artists/Music EP
A game or expansion pack inspired by Martial Arts like kung fu, karate etc + some superhero powers for Sims who master the skills (this could be inspired by the Matrix movies)
Hotels/Bed & Breakfast GP or EP
Infant Stuff (Stuff Pack) - would include the strollers missing from Growing Together and some brand new toys for infants and of course new hairstyles and clothes for the little ones!
Indian inspired GP or EP with consulting from actual Indian people (remember that awesome Kit? I think it was called Fashion Street Kit, I LOVE that Kit so much, as I love India so much)
Supernatural EP including Genies, Frankenstein/being able to create your own Custom Monster and you can name it too and play as the "monster", painting tool included for the occults
Space Colony Living GP or EP with the ability for Sims to live in space! You can basically choose to live in the space station OR an alien planet where Sims could start a new colony for each new game save, and after the story-mode aspect, you will unlock more of casual, non-linear ways to play, such as more lots to build on and being able to customize the space station from the inside
Time Travel EP with dinosaurs, dragons, Merlin wizard type new occult, medieval gameplay
Royalty GP or EP with being able to create a royal family dynasty <3
Superheroes and Villains GP or EP
Elder Living GP or EP
Elementary School EP with more aspirations and traits for Kid Sims
Some EP that will have to do with Pre-Teens and hobbies (preteens would be coming as a base game update for everyone)
PlantSims GP with new gardening options and proper PlantSim occult!
Hot Date/Nightlife EP with new dating, romance and partying features, online dating as a pre-EP update for everyone
Zoo EP with new zoo animals and Safari-inspired world
A proper Open For Business/Shopping Malls EP with multi-purpose lots, ticket machines, toy making machine and being able to run home businesses
Heists GP with burglars as a base game update
Castaway GP with new island world where Sims have to live completely off-the grid
Fashion Designer/Model GP or EP (or a partly-free game update) introducing the Color Wheel for The Sims 4
Arcade SP or GP with the return of the Pinball Machine, and the iconic arcade machines from Sims 2 & Sims 3
