Next Packs Wish List

ever since the sims 2 i've always yearned for a landlord pack which would allow you to buy houses and or build an apartment building and rent them out to other sims, you can choose how much rent you want, as landlord you'll have to take care of repair, collecting the rent and all the stuff that comes with being a landlord, you can be the type of landlord who keeps their property in tip top shape that everyone would pay top $ for or you can be a slumlord who lets his houses/apartments fall into ruin and demand the renters pay up anyways, if sims are late on rent and all that you can chose to evict and all the good/bad that comes with being a landlord

i've been wanting a pack like this for like 20 years now hopefully one day my wish will come true
