Just the sim with the skill needs one. I think they have to have completed the aspiration to impart knowledge, but they can teach earlier. Not sure the difference.
Just have 'the teacher' select the bestow sacred knowledge friendly interaction with the other sim.

LOL, I merged some families until I had 6 babies, was not easy to have a none screaming baby in the photos. I found out that fill needs do NOT work on babies hahahahahaha

@crocobaura this gives me ideas... a retired sim that decides to live his/her last days in granite falls sitting in the porch, knitting and hearing the sound of the birds or a wind chime... hmmm...

@LissyK9 satisfaction is the word to define this skill. I couldn't imagine... watching our sim knit is really satisfying! And the way they look throught the windows while knitting, and their expressions... it is a job well done!
