no cheat bar

I control mine via MCCC and it doesn't seem to be working there either.
There is so much wrong with all of this latest update I am not even going near that silly tiny living thing until it gets a clean bill of health here and even then may not bother.
There is too much that needs to be fixed properly in the game still.

Mine started like that too and then one day became a permanent thing.

That might be part of my problem. Although I think the stream hotkeys on mine are different because I've hit them by mistake and it came up "Streaming unavailable." But my radio software beeps when I start the game now. I think I accidentally changed a setting. I'm going to have to go in and play around a bit and see. Thanks for posting about that, I may be able to undo a few things that are just minor annoyances.
