No Love For Supernatural Players

I'm beginning to wonder if what we have as far as occult creatures is all we will be getting were the vampires. They were originally released back in early 2017, since then nothing. When you look back this was the time release of the different occult creatures for Sims 2 & 3.

I honestly believe that they're only bringing the occults that made the most amount of positive player feedback of their return, and as far as I've seen, not including the ones we already got in TS4, that leaves Witches (or some other Magical alternative), then Mermaids, then Fairies or Werewolves tying into the latter end. Not as much hype for those other occults judging from the Twitter polls, seeing as that's where they're focusing their marketing on nowadays.

I think they'll do some sort of witches, mermaids, and (dear god!) Imaginary friends. Those are the ones that came out on top on the polls.

I'm hoping they'll surprise us with a full on Magic pack where more than one occult will be included. I'd also really like to see something new like a Mythology pack with a variety of mythical creatures and pets.

Additionally, I really want superheroes and proper villains and crime.

Give us all the weird things!

I'd love more occults, but not zombies. I hated those things in TS3. But I do agree that it seems like realistic players are getting everything. They could have added plant sims back into Seasons, werewolves into Cats & Dogs... maybe witches with Get Famous. Something. Anything.

I'm sure there are more occults coming, but the amount of them is a mystery. Since they seem to like going in depth with pretty much everything in TS4, it could mean that there will be fewer occults. I'm trying to think of an occult expansion pack, but I'm struggling a little bit how the occults would tie together?

We supernatural lovers deserves some love too!! I want to tell stories about werewolves vs vampires. Mermaid stories and maybe even some trickster fairies. A robot or android builder. Making different kind of witches that hone different crafts like a green witch, a divination witch, etc...

Simmers deserve weirder stories!!

It'd make a lot of sense to have a witches pack, they're hugely popular, and a system similar to the vampire system means they should have a pack ready to go by now. Maybe they will be the next GP. I certainly hope so.

Could they make a werewolf stuff pack? I think I could live with that.
They could certainly put robots in a steampunk stuff pack.

Fairies can be pressed in a book, and mermaids get bicycle. I'm really not into either.
I actually like the idea of witches pressing fairies like flowers. :p

I would love to see mermaids and fairies in the game! I was so disappointed when the polls had witches/wizards at the top. I mean, I'll take witches and wizards over nothing, of course, but I prefer my out-there, totally-different-creature characters as opposed to "normal Sim who acquired powers."

I've tried stories with the PlantSims, but since they're so similar to regular Sims, there's not a lot to work with. And with Seasons, it's harder to get them the sun they need to not just turn back again. I feel like PlantSims needed a sunlamp added with Seasons. Kinda the same way vampires got umbrellas. Which was awesome. :)

I'd be really happy with robots, too. And, honestly, I can't see why players who aren't big on supernaturals would dislike robots. Actual robots exist now. It's more realistic than say, the Grim reaper showing up.

So... expecting we'll at least get a magic-learning pack but staying hopeful for more.

Except from zombies, I would get anything. But witches!! Where are youuu??
