No maid in university housing - discover university sims 4?

Hi, so i read somewhere that maids show up in university housing to clean up. They wont clean up the mess made by students but they will show up and clean other stuff? For me, the maids dont show up a...

Usually my sim is in class when the maid comes. They wear a poli shirt with a name tag so they dont dress like the typical maid. Clean up the sinks, toilets and trash and thats it. I never see them clean up dishes. :p

Sometimes you might see them walking by on campus.
