No odd jobs

Hello, I don't see the odd jobs option, i think it's supposed to be on the phone on the job tab, but it's not. Can anyone help me, am I looking in the wrong place ?

I forgot to update littlemssam pregnancy overhaul...
Well at least it wasn't a bug...
