No Tiny Haunted House?
If I make a small house, why can't I make it haunted and have the benefits of having a tiny house? I would love it if we could.

They're two different lot types and we can't have multipurpose lots. Well, we can but the game doesn't recognize it as such.
You can use the Spooky lot challenge though. It's not as creepy as the Haunted House lot type but ghosts will still come around.
