No watching movies as a traditions?

That's a bummer. :/

Figured with the movie night stuff pack there would be a tradition for Sims to watch movies. I know around the holidays for me me and my mom like to look at a lot of holiday movies and specials. (Shame there wasn't a channel for holiday related stuff)

That and I was wanting to make a indie movie music festival of sorts, but there's only watching sports and romantic television. I know a workaround would just be using the GT club system, but I'd really would like a tradition for that.

@SimGuruGeorge @SimGuruGrant Any possibility we could get this for a tradition or more to be added later with addition of packs?

You'd think with 47 traditions we'd have everything, but I keep thinking of others that could have been included. It seems only the fireworks from City Living were given their own tradition, everything else is base game.

Kinda odd. I'd think there could be some more that may contribute from other packs. I knows there's a few that get lumped into the same category Water fun (Hot tubs, slip n slides, etc.)

Would just like to see some more specific ones:

-Eating out at a restaurant if you like to have family meals not at home(Dine out)
    - Watch movies/Eat Popcorn (Movie Pack)
    - Eat Ice cream (Cool Kitchen)

Could definitely use some more specific ones too and some tailored from some packs. Now that I think about it I don't think there were any Pet related traditions? Like I'd like to make a Pet Appreciation day of sorts. Play with Dogs/Cats

I don't think its odd at all. They probably wanted to make sure everyone could do all of the traditions, since you need the base game first.

Like, I wouldn't be able to do the ice cream or the movies/popcorn one because I don't own any stuff packs minus the kids one.

The fireworks traditions only shows up if you have City Living installed. The traditions tied to other packs would be the same. If you didn't have the pack then you wouldn't have the tradition.

Then you would have to buy the pack. Far as I know I think the one for fireworks has only come with city living and that doesn't show up in Seasons or is in the base game at all.

Much like the Get Together pack adding traits and activities with each pack I figured traditions might be more or less the same honestly. There is a lot there for people that just have base game and seasons, but I think it would make sense to add in more that may be exclusive from a pack.
