That's a bummer. :/ Figured with the movie night stuff pack there would be a tradition for Sims to watch movies. I know around the holidays for me me and my mom like to look at a lot of holiday movies and specials. (Shame there wasn't a channel for holiday related stuff)That and I was wanting to make a indie movie music festival of sorts, but there's only watching sports and romantic television. I know a workaround would just be using the GT club system, but I'd really would like a tradition for that.@SimGuruGeorge @SimGuruGrant Any possibility we could get this for a tradition or more to be added later with addition of packs?

Yeah, definitely! Hopefully they'll introduce more or we can mod it to add extra stuff!

You'd think with 47 traditions we'd have everything, but I keep thinking of others that could have been included. It seems only the fireworks from City Living were given their own tradition, everything else is base game.

With all the activities Sims can do, it seems strange they're not added as a tradition, or as a club rule. They also never made more club icons too, which is rather lame 'cause you have so few to choose from and what's available doesn't really match whatever club you want to make.

This seems like a definite oversight! There is a "Movies" club rule but this would fit greatly well with a holiday tradition.

Yeah, was kinda hoping it would since there's so many traits and activities with Get Together thought watching movies might be a pretty typical one to have.

Kinda odd. I'd think there could be some more that may contribute from other packs. I knows there's a few that get lumped into the same category Water fun (Hot tubs, slip n slides, etc.)

Would just like to see some more specific ones:

I think they could have taken a lot of ideas from the club activities. I'm not sure any tradition includes the bubble blower. I'd think at least party spirit should. Someone pointed out sleeping/napping would have been nice. I would love a tradition to eat/make ice cream. Also just a general cook/eat tradition. We have grand meals and baking and BBQ, but nothing for just regular food.

I don't think its odd at all. They probably wanted to make sure everyone could do all of the traditions, since you need the base game first.

Like, I wouldn't be able to do the ice cream or the movies/popcorn one because I don't own any stuff packs minus the kids one.

Yeah I was looking for watch movies tradition the other day. The traditions seem limited to base game. Maybe one day they will patch in more traditions like they did with the clubs.
